Terms of Service

You choose a habit and a stake. The stake amount is fixed by you in advance. There are no odds, no randomness, no wagering against anyone, no house edge, and no possibility of winning money.

This is not gambling. The only two outcomes are that you complete the habit and pay nothing, or you don't and a charity you selected receives your stake.

Check-ins are verified from a photo you submit, using automated vision analysis. If a check-in is missed or not verified, you enter a 48-hour grace period to complete or resolve it. After the grace period closes, the stake becomes a forfeit.

Forfeited stakes are donated by you, directly to a nonprofit of your choosing, through Every.org. Forfyt is not a party to that transaction and never receives the funds.

Charitable donations are non-refundable. Forfyt cannot reverse, recall, or refund a donation made through Every.org.

Forfyt Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. You can cancel at any time in Apple ID settings; cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access until the current period ends.

Forfyt is not a bank, escrow service, payment processor, money transmitter, insurer, or investment provider. We do not hold, store, or custody your funds at any point. Nothing is charged upfront and no balance is maintained on your behalf.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service, submits fraudulent or manipulated check-in photos, repeatedly leaves forfeits unpaid, or violates these terms or applicable law.

Forfyt is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for automated verification errors, or for outcomes of your own habit commitments. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for Forfyt Pro in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled in the courts of Punjab, India.
