FAQ
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Forfyt Pro is billed by Apple, so cancellation happens there: open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Forfyt, then Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the current period ends. We can't cancel it for you — Apple doesn't give us that ability.
How do I delete my account and data?+
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. That removes your account and every check-in photo within 30 days. If you can't get into the app, email team.forfyt@gmail.com from your account address and we'll do it for you.
How do I report a bug?+
Email team.forfyt@gmail.com with your iOS version, your device, and what you were doing when it broke. A screenshot or screen recording gets it fixed roughly twice as fast.
How does photo verification work — and what if it rejects a good photo?+
Your check-in photo is sent to an AI vision model that decides whether it shows the habit being done. It's good, not perfect. If a legitimate photo gets rejected, tap Request Review on the check-in, or email us the photo — we'll manually restore the check-in and your streak. Your grace window stays open while a review is pending.
How do I get a donation receipt?+
Every.org emails a tax receipt to the address you donated with, since the donation is made by you directly. Search your inbox for Every.org first. If it's genuinely missing, email us the forfeit date and amount and we'll help you track it down.
